**Req ID:** 457707 Address: 10601 N Pennsylvania Ave. Oklahoma City, OK, 73120 **BASIC PURPOSE** : The Contact Center Analyst oversees the development of Roadside and Contact Center products from start to finish to ensure they meet the business and customer’s needs and preferences. The main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and acting as a “champion” to the focused project by leadership.
