Contact Center Associate Trainer
Location: Amherst Center (Williamsville, NY). You will be required to be onsite at this location. Hybrid eligibility possible when you are not conducting trainings.
Hours: The Contact Center is open M-F from 6am to 9pm and Sat-Sun from 9am to 5pm. Flexibility during these hours are required.
Overview:Schedule, and deliver internal training programs to increase job related skills and knowledge in support of the needs of the assigned businesses
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at any of several training locations to support needs of assigned business.Assist in development of appropriate training materials for training classes.Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties as assigned.Education and Experience Required:High School or GED
2 years related business experience
Education and Experience Preferred:Full knowledge of activities and procedures of own job; Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
