**Job Description summary**
Abbott Israel Nutrition division is looking for a **Contact Center Representative** .
This position works out of our Tel Aviv office.
This is a part - time role, working 7 hours for a day, 4 days per week.
In this role you will provide telephone assistant to clients on infant and adult nutrition products in accordance with accepted practices.

**The Opportunity**
In this role you will provide professional consulting and telephone assistant to clients on infant and adult nutrition products in accordance with accepted practices.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Answering incoming calls according to quality criteria.
• Responding to customer inquiries via various channels: email,
Instagram, Facebook
• Advice and guidance on infant and adult nutrition.
• Respond to complaints.
• Initiating calls in joint projects with other departments in the organization.
• Documentation of ongoing conversations using CRM system.
• Responsibility for follow-up calls to customers.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for reporting adverse events and medical complaints department.
• Participation in professional training and team meetings,.
• Performing additional roles and tasks such as: mentoring , responsible for complaints, statistical analysis and more, all in accordance with personal professional development and seniority.
• Participation in additional activities according to the company's needs, such as representation at conferences, etc.
**Education**
+ BSC. Nutrition Science or experience as a Public-Health Nurse.
+ Authorized Clinical Nutrition - an advantage.
**Personal Qualifications**
+ Control computerized work environment.
+ Working accurately.
+ Service oriented.
+ High articulate verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ Assertiveness.
+ Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication.
+ Ability to receive feedback.
