Job Description:At Regions, the Contact Center Electronic Banking Specialist responds to a high volume of customer inquiries about electronic banking and other technical issues.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service and provides answers to client questions within set standardsIdentifies and meets customer needs through providing advice, guidance and education to customers on the full ranges of bank products and services Regions offersUses inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationshipsAchieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance, efficiency, and customer engagementTroubleshoots client’s electronic and mobile banking technical issuesIdentifies and resolves problems promptly with use of critical thinkingSubmits proper and accurate documentation for client needsFollows-through on customer inquiries, requests or complaintsUses systems and/or applications simultaneouslyMaintains patient and positive attitudeProvides insight for continuous improvement of internal systems/servicesPerforms other duties as assignedThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDIf applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:

Training Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm MST for 5 weeks.
After Training Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm CST (One off day during the week- either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and EVERY Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, off on Sunday. Your off day will be based on the needs of the business and determined during training.
This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Atlanta GA , Dallas TX, Houston TX, Orlando FL, Salt Lake City UT, or Hattiesburg MS . Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
