Contact Center Planning Administrator

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Contact Center Planning Administrator to be part of CSBB.


In this role, you will:

Monitor daily attendance and make adjustments to staffing levels and schedules as neededTrack Paid Time Off requestsManagement of queues real-time to mitigate performance risk and drive cost-saves for the businessMaintain daily logs and monitor phone agent adherence to schedulesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentSchedule off phone time through manager discussions and volume researchCreate capacity planning reportsMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Contact Center Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

At least 1-year of Contact Center Planning experience in real-time management, service level performance management, short-term and long-term scheduling and capacity planning with good stakeholder management skillsCompleted at least 2 years in College or its equivalent.


Job Expectations:

Can balance different tasks and meet project deadlinesWilling to work on-site (Mckinley)Amenable to a graveyard shift and weekend shifts
