**Job Title:** **Customer Service Representative (Banking)**
**Location:** Providence RI or Johnston RI (Anything you can choose)
**Duration:** 6+ Months
**Salary Range:** $19/hr on W2
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Service Representative** . This role involves assisting customers with banking inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with banking regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Answer customer calls, greet clients professionally, and provide a positive first impression.
+ Verify customer identity to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
+ Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
+ Explain banking policies, products, and online services to educate and assist customers.
+ Research and resolve customer issues related to transactions, fees, and account management.
+ Document customer interactions accurately for future reference.
+ Refer customers to appropriate departments for specialized assistance.
+ Operate phone and banking systems efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
+ Stay updated on banking policies, services, and product offerings.
+ Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable banking products.
**Available Shifts (After 4 Weeks of Training):**
+ Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
+ Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
+ Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
+ Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
**Ideal Candidate:**
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
+ Comfortable working with banking systems and multitasking efficiently.
+ Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer relationship building.
