Contact Center Team Lead

The Contact Center Team Lead position will be responsible for providing quality and efficient service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees. In addition, this role is responsible for assisting the supervisor with the development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, and scheduling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Takes inbound calls for special groups, (Technical, VIP, New line of business) Mentors new hires and provide additional training as needed Assists supervisors with team huddles and keeps employees updated Covers supervisor’s team as needed (PTO, training, Extended meetings) Helps motivate the CS team by having a positive attitude and being in full support of department and company changes Works on special projects (Property Exits, System clean up, etc.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of Hotwire Services and Internal Systems One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in customer service Skills using MS Office, especially, creating and updating spreadsheets and charts
