**Meet Our Team:**
The Marketing India is a cross-functionally integrated team that supports Go-To-Market teams globally. This role will be working in the Digital Marketing practice. The Digital Marketing India extends to capabilities of Contact Data Governance and Policy, SEO, SEM, Website Publishing, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, and Paid Media teams.
**Picture Yourself at Pega:**
Contact Governance Lead will work cross-functionally with various departments and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure the marketing team's strategies and tactics are driving growth and impact.
**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Oversee data enrichment and acquisition efforts, including identifying and implementing appropriate tools and technologies to improve data quality and completeness.
+ Establish and maintain robust data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and touchpoints.
+ Lead and manage the Contact governance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with overall Go to Market objectives.
+ Critically inspect existing processes and replace manual steps with automations.
+ Identify and implement strategies to enrich contact data with additional information, such as demographic details, firmographics, and engagement metrics.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and efforts with overall business goals.
+ Set standards for database query processes.
+ Provide regular reporting and analysis on contact data quality, performance metrics, and key trends to support well-informed decision-making.
+ Provide insights on the quality of contact and provide guidance to the go to market team to effectively use the data and boost efficiency
+ Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and optimizing workflows.
+ Put monitoring tools in place to proactively address data quality issues
+ Implement, oversee, and maintain data governance policies and procedures to protect data privacy and security.
+ Providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders as the SME for the team.
**Who You Are:**
You are comfortable using marketing technology and have experience or interest in email marketing platforms. You would enjoy behind-the-scenes work to improve marketing processes that make Pega more efficient and successful. You pay close attention to quality and deadlines, ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time. You are curious, service-oriented, and work well in virtual, in-person, and independent settings.
**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or marketing
+ 9+ years of experience in B2B contact operations, data management, or a similar role.
+ Proven experience leading and managing teams.
+ Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
+ Proficiency in tools like Zoominfo, Demandbase, Madison Logic, D&B, and Database tool experience like Databricks
+ Knowledge of python
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
