We are seeking for an eMobility Contact Support Specialist to join our Global Business Services team.
You will:
Support the business in providing best-in-class interfaces for the customers.Handle customer inquiries through automated workflow and ticketing systems.Monthly reports on direct and indirect responses, identifying recurring topics.Collaborate with corporate communications to improve the customer experience.Stay up-to-date with new products and services.Attend, participate in trainings, meetings for sales and customer support purposes.Participate in global communities.
Basic Qualifications:Fluent in german and englishWorking Hours 5am - 2pm / 6am - 3pm
