Content Administrator

      

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Content Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the organization of learning content across the Field Learning design and development team. This role is crucial to ensuring that our distribution partners and field stakeholders have access to high-quality, up-to-date learning materials that support their professional growth and development.

This can be a remote position within the US.

         

          

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Content Management: 

Manage and maintain the Field Design and Development team’s content library. 

Upload, categorize, and organize training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and assessments. 

Partner with the design team to ensure all learning content meets the company’s standards for quality, accuracy, compliance and branding. 

Ensure all content in the library meets compliance deadlines, utilizing regulatory software as necessary. 

Coordination & Communication: 

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, training team, and other stakeholders to coordinate the development and delivery of any and all learning materials. 

Communicate updates and changes to learning content across the organization. 

Data & Reporting: 

Provide regular reports on content usage and learner engagement to key stakeholders. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning technologies and content management. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:   

Required: 

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. 

Experience: 

2+ years of experience in learning and development, content management, or a related field. 

Experience using regulatory software to ensure content is in compliance with industry standards.  

Skills: 

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Proficiency in using technologies for content management and organization and regulatory software. 

Familiarity with adult learning principles 

Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. 

Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $26.01 - $35.19 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
