As our business partners evolve their operating models and new technologies emerge, we aim to align our content architecture with current business priorities and enhance user experience. This role will be instrumental in modernizing our content strategy to keep pace with evolving business needs and technology advancements. This role is a 6-month contract (with potential for extension) to join our team on a hybrid basis, working 3 days per week in San Antonio, TX.  Responsibilities: Analyze the current content architecture, focusing on structure, categorization, and content flow across our platforms. Conduct research to evaluate how emerging technologies may impact our content architecture. Identify potential risks and impacts of current and future technology tools, including AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx, and Coveo. Develop a comprehensive set of recommendations to improve and future-proof our content strategy. Enhanced User Experience: Identify opportunities to simplify navigation and improve information accessibility for users. Alignment with Business Goals: Design a content framework that supports business priorities, ensuring consistency and relevance. Technology Optimization: Identify ways to leverage existing platforms and reduce risk by aligning with evolving technologies. Qualifications: Strong understanding of content management systems, UX design, search engine optimization, and AI. Proficient in analytical skills with experience in content architecture evaluation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
