Content Asset Specialist
Zelis
+ Define the asset management processes and governance : Take a proactive role in defining the process for uploading new or updated assets, developing metadata standards, file naming conventions, file/collection structure, and more. Develop and maintain a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) and other governance documentation for users.
+ Manage access control and permissions : Oversee user and group access permissions, ensuring access aligns with a user’s role and responsibilities. As needed, onboard external Zelis partners and deactivate users as needed.
+ Architect and optimize user workflows : Design intentional user experience workflows that enable key groups to find the assets they readily need. Build and maintain those workflows within Zelis’ DAM.
+ Oversee content management lifecycle : Monitor asset usage, routinely identify outdated content, and manage asset archiving and/or deletion.
+ Lead user training and support : Develop and maintain DAM training materials. Address user issues, needs or questions. Work with DAM vendor when technical support is needed. Collaborate across Marketing to identify solutions to user needs.
+ Report on usage analytics : Track and report on metrics related to asset usage, sharing insights regularly with Marketing leadership.
