Content Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Managing data input and reporting to accreditors & partnersHandling customer & learner inquiriesMaintaining recordsEnsuring compliance with accreditation requirementsValidating websites and marketing materialsFacilitating webinars, when necessaryData management on multiple online learning platformsSupporting various accreditation processes and projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder – any degree/courseStrong communication skills both verbal and written – mostly will be involved in email interactionMinimum of one year of work experience – remote experience to be exactProficiency/familiarity with MS Office suite and Adobe PDFStrong attention to detail, communication, writing, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to multi-task and work well under deadlinesCollaborative and solution-orientedMust be able to work independently
