Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Content Coordinator for the Italian market, you will be responsible for ensuring brand coherence and consistency across all customer communication touchpoints. You will adapt and create content to enhance the customer experience while supporting key business activations.

Your key responsibilities include:

Proofreading and adapting global campaign messages and SEO content for digital and physical channels, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.Creating localized content for product campaigns, deals, and loyalty activations to meet market-specific needs.Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to improve customer communication and running A/B tests to refine messaging.Supporting cross-functional teams (PR, E-commerce, Media) by providing localized insights and ensuring clear communication for market activations.Managing and activating local organic social content, including planning, execution, and performance analysis (e.g., Facebook).Acting as a point of contact for Customer Service and Corporate Communications in case of negative customer engagement on social media.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

You will be part of the Customer Activation team within the Omni Sales Team, collaborating closely with:

Global and local marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.PR, E-commerce, and Media teams to support local activations and promotions.Customer Service and Corporate Communications to manage customer interactions on social media.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with:

Marketing or Journalism background (meriting).At least 3 years of experience as a Copywriter/Proofreader, with a focus on fashion retail or creative agencies.Experience in managing organic social media accounts on major platforms (e.g., Facebook).Strong understanding of marketing content and digital channels.Native Italian speaker with excellent English skills.

And people who are:

Passionate about fashion, with knowledge of technical vocabulary.Experienced in publishing social content on Facebook.Structured, organized, and efficient, while also being creative.Analytical and insights-driven, with the ability to track performance and optimize content strategies.
