This role is working 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday.

We’re looking for a passionate and multi-skilled Content Creator with at least two years’ experience producing high-quality video and photography. Whether it’s a powerful story about one of our customers or a behind-the-scenes glimpse into how we make our meals, your work will play a vital role in engaging audiences across apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods. 

You’ll be creating meaningful, creative content that informs, inspires and drives positive impact – while upholding our company values and brand tone of voice. 

From early-stage concepting and planning through to shooting, editing and delivery, you’ll lead on projects that span everything from brand campaigns to corporate communications. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods and support a wide range of internal and external initiatives.

Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Planning 

Work with stakeholders to scope briefs and develop creative content ideas Write scripts, draft interview questions, scout locations and coordinate shoot logistics Collaborate with internal teams to plan timelines and production schedules 

Content Creation 

Shoot high-quality video and photography using Sony Alpha cameras, drones and lighting setups Capture a variety of content styles – from styled food videography to real-life documentary-style video Ensure all output reflects brand tone, values and visual identity 

Post-Production 

Edit video and photo content using Adobe Creative Suite Re-purpose and format content tailored to different platforms Deliver polished, engaging, platform-optimised content that drives audience engagement 

Collaboration & Strategy 

Use social media and platform analytics to inform content decisions and creative direction Support cross-functional projects with Marketing, PR, Internal Comms and Events teams Create bespoke content for corporate events and business initiatives 

Admin & Logistics 

Support administrative elements of production (e.g. POs, car/venue bookings, shoot logistics) Maintain clear and organised content workflows 

 

 

About you

Essential Skills & Experience 

Minimum 2 years’ experience producing content across video and photography Creative storyteller with a strong eye for visual narrative and detail Experienced in shooting and editing content for a variety of platforms Technically confident using Sony Alpha cameras, lighting, sound equipment, drones, etc. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and empathy to help uncover authentic stories Self-motivated, highly organised and proactive in approach Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality content from concept to completion 

Desirable (but not essential) 

Experience in the food, health or social care sector Knowledge of motion graphics or animation Experience with accessibility standards in video and digital content Drone pilot certification or experience Comfortable with occasional international travel
