We want to find someone with a creative vision and strategic approach, able to capture concepts and transform them into digital content that connects, inspires, and makes an impact.

What will you do? 

\n\nConceptualize and produce visual pieces for different communication channels\nDevelop and execute social media strategies that support the hotel’s brand identity and visual storytelling\nPlan and create innovative video content aligned with the latest trends\nElaborate creative copies for different formats and communication channels\nAnalyse campaign performance to optimize strategies based on results\nStay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure impactful content and achieves set objectives\n\n

 

What are we looking for?

\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation\nFluency in Spanish and English\n Own a creative portfolio which you are proud of\nSolid skills in design tools\nSolid video editing and production tools skills\nPassion for communication, digital-native and a content lover\nAbility to set goals, analyse metrics, and optimize results\nCreativity and innovative ideas believer\nPassionate about hospitality and a Hilton brand follower\nEssential: Share our brand values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership\n\n
