About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Content Design Associate.
In this role, you will:
Publish investment-related content to intranet web pages for advisors and investment professionals in the Wealth & Investment Management division — includes entering metadata and keywords for search engine optimizationPrepare publications for publishing, including testing and tagging for compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) company policy requirements; formatting to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo brand standards; and securing (password-protecting) PDF documents using Adobe AcrobatSubmit investment-related publication content into a compliance workflow system for review and approval by licensed qualified supervisors and communication compliance reviewers; that includes monitoring a publishing email inbox for new submissions from external strategic relationship partnersDistribute approved publications via email to subscription lists of investment professionalsEnter all publishing activity into a Publisher Tracking Spreadsheet using Microsoft ExcelMonitor intranet expiration reports, updating or removing content before they cause broken links; also may include remediating broken links on intranet pagesAttend a one-hour publisher meeting every two weeks and monthly informational sessions for publishers hosted by the Intranet Services teamParticipate in special projects as needed
