As a Senior Associate Content Designer in the Wealth Management Product Design team you will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and work with a cross-functional team to develop digital products that align with business goals and user needs. Your focus will be on crafting user-centered content that cuts through complex industry jargon and regulations, making it easy for clients to manage their finances.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

7+ years of experience in digital content creation (UX writing, content design, copywriting)Relevant educationExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with Figma and other design toolsExperience with accessibility, inclusive design, and localizationFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to build consensusProject management skills for handling multiple deadlines in fast-paced environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for navigating team dynamics and stakeholder relationships
