As a Content Designer, you'll shape engaging user experiences through strategic creation of clear, concise, on-brand content. You'll use a content-first approach, working with diverse, cross-functional teams, to turn complex requirements into designs that resonate across different experiences. At the same time, you'll collaborate with other content designers on initiatives to set and maintain the highest standards for content quality. Write and edit well-informed product content that drives user experience and search engine optimizationSupport a team at all stages of the design process through activities such as discovery, concepting, wireframing and prototypingWork independently and collaborate with other team members to create and update features for our digital products and experiencesTranslate requirements into design solutions that solve both client and business needsUse data and user feedback to guide recommendations and content decisionsPresent strategies and recommendations to design partners and stakeholders, using persuasion and effective storytelling to influence product vision and design decisionsAnalyze content and recommend testing, where appropriateContribute to content team-driven projects that promote democratization, standardization and content reuseOffer feedback to other content and product designers

Minimum Qualifications

Has 2 – 4 years of relevant experienceDemonstrates UX writing skillsUnderstands safe and appropriate uses for generative AI in a design workflowKnows how to effectively guide users through a digital experience with relevant contentWrites clearly, concisely and on brandExhibits strong presentation skillsShows ability to measure and explain content value

Preferred Qualifications

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is eighty-four thousand dollars to one hundred seventy-seven thousand dollars.
