Content Designer

Content Designer

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to work between home and office locations, giving you greater flexibility on where and when you work. You will occasionally be required to travel to customer or Fujitsu sites.

The role:

At Fujitsu, our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. Join us as a Content Designer within our rapidly expanding DAX consultancy – a team dedicated to Digital Accessibility and User Experience.
What you’ll do:
•  Design intuitive, user-focused content across multiple channels, ensuring accessibility and clarity for diverse audiences.
•  Collaborate with multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver equitable and innovative digital products and services.
•  Use research, data, and analytics to guide content creation and make evidence-based improvements.
•  Embed inclusive design practices to ensure accessibility for all, including compliance with GOV.UK guidelines.
•  Advocate for human-centric design and help grow awareness of user-centred design across Fujitsu and beyond.


What we’re looking for:
•  1–3 years’ experience across agile project phases (Discovery to Live), ideally with GDS/CDDO standards.
•  Experience refining content based on user needs, with strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
•  Knowledge of prototyping techniques and publishing tools to iterate and test ideas effectively.
•  Passion for content design and helping others grow their understanding of the discipline.
A degree in a related field is welcome but not essential. If you bring curiosity, a user-first mindset, and enthusiasm for creating accessible content, we’d love to hear from you!
