Duties Include: * Content Designer will develop and design user-focused content that aligns with strategic communication goals and forward-facing concepts from the Futures team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and subject matter experts, to understand user needs and project objectives * Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives and content formats, including articles, web copy, and multimedia components * Conduct user research and testing to gather insights that inform content strategies and improve usability * Create compelling user stories that illustrate the value of our products and solutions while addressing real user problems * As a Content Designer, you will ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content delivered, in alignment with brand standards * Optimize content for various platforms, including website, social media, and internal communication channels * Monitor content performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
