We are looking for a Content Designer who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Content Designer for the Sales Support Team - EMEA Multilingual region, your role will be to work across multiple tools to create visually appealing and impactful presentations and other sales materials. You will craft strong narratives and storytelling elements that align with brand guidelines while also showcasing creativity. By working closely with various stakeholders across the region, your role will be to ensure that all content is engaging, informative, and tailored to client needs.
As a Content Designer, your daily responsibilities will include:
Content Creation:
Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches, RFx responses, client meetings, and internal communications. Create visually appealing and engaging content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other design software. Develop other formats of sales collateral as needed, including brochures, infographics, and digital content. Customize slide decks to align with client brands and values, ensuring high levels of personalization. Create complex presentations for proposals and RFP responses, requiring a deep understanding of requirements to effectively translate text-heavy content into clear, compelling visuals.
Storytelling & Narrative:
Craft compelling narratives and storytelling elements that align with organizational strategy and client requirements. Translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
Brand Adherence & Creativity:
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. Infuse creativity into all designs while adhering to brand standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Account Management teams to gather requirements and feedback. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets client needs and expectations. Liaise with Marketing Teams across the organization to ensure alignment on client deliverables and consistently adhere to brand guidelines and templates.
Project & Content Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Maintain a structured repository of design assets and templates for internal (region) regular access and use. Create and maintain master content for each of the 10 countries in the region. Develop and maintain a self-service portal for internal stakeholders with the most requested content.
Design with Impact:
Develop visually compelling presentations that align with key business messages and g standards. Provide creative design solutions, including infographics, charts, and transitions, while minimizing reliance on stock photography.
Simplify & Visualize:
Translate written content and complex ideas into clean, engaging visual narratives. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance presentation quality Expand beyond presentations: Occasionally assist with other collateral and tasks when the presentation workload allows. To succeed in the role, you will need to have : Native or proficient level of English (C2) - mandatory Additional languages are valued Strong design and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling visual narratives. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure consistency (deadline-driven environments, with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities). Attention to detail. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all designs. Ability to work proactively and independently across various design tools and platforms, while also having strong cross-collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Work well under pressure and tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery to clients and internal stakeholders. Comfortable receiving inputs from senior leadership and communicating effectively with that audience. Receptive to constructive feedback and able to implement it effectively to enhance performance and output. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint - mandatory. Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop is a plus. Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma is a plus Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus. Availability to work from our office in Porto; Hybrid model after 3 months (40% Work from Home / 60% onsite) - mandatory. Availability to work 40h weekly - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, Minimum 2 years of experience in content design, preferably within a sales or marketing environment. Proven expertise in PowerPoint and proficiency in other design tools.
