Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Copywriter/Content Specialist is a creative and strategic writer/storyteller responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content across various marketing and communication channels from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of brand voice, target audiences, and best practices in digital and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and the ability to adapt their style to suit different audiences and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:Work with campaign strategy team to develop compelling and informative content across a wide range of formats, including: Blog posts, articles, and white papersWebsite content (product descriptions, landing pages, FAQs)Email campaigns (marketing and transactional)Video scripts (B2B and B2C training for YouTube, digital) Brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateralCase studies and testimonialsConduct in-depth research and gather information to support content creation.Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for content campaigns.Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.Utilize data and analytics to monitor success of content and optimize as necessary.Copywriting:Craft persuasive and impactful copy for marketing and advertising campaigns, including website calls-to-action (CTAs), email subject lines and pre-header textWork with SEO team to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).Translations/Editing/Proofing:Ability to copy-edit the work of othersHigh attention to detailFacilitate content/video/copy being translated through preferred outside translation partnersContent Production:Work in coordination with Creative Services team and outside agencies to ensure successful execution of offsite photo and video production. Responsibilities include all aspects of timing, budget, preproduction and post production details.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, digital, sales, etc.) to ensure project success.Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.Brand Consistency:Maintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms.Develop and maintain brand style guides and templates.Monitor industry trends and best practices in content marketing.WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS:

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Writing Samples: This position requires presenting writing samples of past projects as part of your application.Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: 1 year of professional experience in copywriting and content creation. Experience in a corporate or agency environment preferred.Skills:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills: Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.Content strategy and planning: Ability to develop and execute content strategies.SEO/SEM knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising.Project management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Ownership of projects from start to completion.Research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data.Collaboration and communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate ideas internally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with content management systems (Dotcms) and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Digital Asset Management system; Smartsheet project management) preferred.Personal Attributes:
