We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for marketing to join our dynamic Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Global Marketing team. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca.
MMB is a rapidly growing health and benefits business, currently valued at $1.6 billion, with a goal to reach $2 billion by 2026. This new role will help to support the commercial growth of the MMB Multinational client segment, a core strategic pillar and global growth engine of the business. The successful candidate will be a creative marketer with strong project management and copywriting skills. They will support with the development and digital execution of Multinational thought leadership research, intellectual capital and events across multiple regions and countries.
We will count on you to:
Help with the coordination and collation of research and thought leadership content aligned to multinational client issues and themes.Support the development and digital execution of multi-media content including reports, videos, articles and online tools.Create content to promote MMB products and solutions, with a strong focus on our digital offerings such as Darwin, the Benefits You suite and Analytics.Ensure all assets are engaging, informative, and consistent with brand standards and messagingCoordinate and support in-person and online multinational client events across multiple regions.Project manage and support participation in third-party industry events, including HLTH Europe, HR Tech Vegas, and UNLEASH Paris.Manage content collation, peer review processes, supplier coordination, and project execution for eventsSupport and optimize our digital marketing program through the delivery of multinational campaigns (email, social, web, digital).Help to activate social media campaigns across Mercer, Marsh, and MMC channels.Collaborate closely with CRM, and sales teams and MMB Global Digital Marketing resource on lead flow process and reporting on channel performance.Liaise with our Centres of Excellence on marketing asset development, management and deployment.What you need to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and RomanianB2B Marketing experience is preferred.Ability to manage the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing business, with strong capabilities in planning and managing short- and long-term projects.Excellent writing skills, with high attention to detail in both content and presentation impactThe ability to apply brand guidelines effectively.Understanding of compliance and peer review processes.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate persuasively with our management team, clients, partners, and prospects.High comfort level in reporting and analysis.Well-developed business acumen and professional skills to help make informed decisions for our business.Strong internal drive and determination to thrive in a changing, fluid organization.A commercial outlook and understanding of client and channel needs.What makes you stand out?
