We are looking for a Content Executive to join our team and maintain the retail content across the Grosvenor Casinos website and App with both central headline events and campaigns as well as local content in the ‘what’s on’ section for each of our 51 venues.
Export and upload local venues content to the ‘what’s on’ section of the Grosvenor casinos app on an ongoing basis.Work closely with the Marketing Business Partners to ensure they are providing content in the right format for this channel and to ensure creative and formatting alignment across all retail and digital content.Create a process and cadence for the venues team to follow to ensure you receive all content in a timely mannerMonitor and check app and websites across mobile/desktop, to ensure that all content is correctly displaying and up-to-date at all times, removing content swiftly upon expirationResponsible for the accuracy of the ordering of content displayed on the app and website (where relevant)Work within the retail marketing team and closely with the wider content team to share ideas and drive best practice in all processes relating to the app and websiteUpdate the order and optimize app and site content on a day to day basisWork with the Digital Marketing team to maintain SEO-friendly pages to boost search-engine rankings and drive acquisitionUnderstand and improve the customer journey making recommendations as appropriateWork with the appropriate digital teams to provide evaluation on the App content making suggestions on how we can improve our presentation to drive towards KPIsAnalyse previous campaign results and contribute with ideas for improvementsHelp develop and optimize campaign tactics for campaigns and marketing activities together with stakeholdersEnsure all initiatives are presented in a fully compliant way taking into account with all gambling and marketing legislation, HVC policy, industry guidance, internal protocols and are always in line with our socially responsible approach.QualificationsMarketing qualification helpful but not essentialExperience of content management systemsOutstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver resultsTeam player with good stakeholder management abilitiesProactive approach, problem solver, logical thinker and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to evaluate creative objectively, always championing the player’s best interestsHighly analytical with proven ability to interpret, analyse and translate insight data and campaign results into actionable marketing plansAn excellent communicator across all levels within the organisationDesire to make a differenceHigh energy and ability to drive innovationCommitted to providing an unrivalled customer experienceAdditional Information#LI-Onsite
