Medium Rare is looking for an experienced and curious Content Insights Manager to join us part-time (3 days per week), decoding cultural shifts and translating them into strategic content opportunities for our client, Coles.
Role and Responsibilities:
An exciting new role, the Content Insights Manager will be critical in surfacing and providing analysis on a range of insights to inform content strategy and creation.
Supporting the Strategy team, this role activates the SEO, global trends and food insights that underpin new campaign responses and optimisation of existing content and channels.
Conduct in-depth research on audience behaviours, global and local category trends, and market dynamics
Utilise a variety of research tools to gather and analyse relevant data
Synthesise findings from various sources and transform raw data into insights that drive content creation
Analyse content performance and deliver post-campaign reports which highlight opportunities to optimise and refine future strategies
Visualise and present data and trends in an accessible, polished manner
Identify opportunities for brand and audience growth based on insights
Collaborate with content, editorial, and marketing teams to implement insights-driven strategies
Who are you?3-5 years of experience in a similar insights role, preferably in the food, health, beauty or retail industries
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into tangible content strategies
You’re tapped into culture - actively using social media and staying updated through a wide variety of news platforms, industry reports, publications and thought leadership
Experience with keyword research tools such as Google Trends
Experience with Semrush, Roy Morgan Asteroid and social analytics tools is a plus
Excellent data visualisation skills and storytelling abilities. You have the ability to create polished, visually engaging presentations to share your findings
Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and format research projects
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
