Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Management Analyst in San Antonio, TX. Overview: The Content Management Analyst will be responsible for participating in and analyzing complex business problems to assess and implement automated software solutions. This includes formulating and defining the objectives and scope of business systems, as well as administering and configuring systems related to Content Management. You will research, configure, modify, and implement enterprise business system software, managing software version releases. Collaboration with ITS staff, management, and business stakeholders is required as needed. Responsibilities: * Test business systems and development changes * Liaise between business units to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for business processes, policies, and systems * Write guidelines on business systems usage and best practices * Manipulate data, spreadsheets, and databases as needed * Create custom reports and queries based on application usage and process metrics * Attend departmental and other meetings as requested * Maintain positive interactions with internal customers * Support the Content Management team in delivering solutions * Interact with software, hardware, and professional services vendors * Develop electronic workflows to automate business processes * Implement electronic forms solutions
