To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Responsibilities** _Proposal Development_ + Collaborate with the assigned Deal Engagement Manager and wider pursuit team to understand client requirements and develop a tailored proposal. + Write clear, concise, and persuasive content that effectively communicates our company's capabilities, solutions, and value proposition. + Customize proposal templates and boilerplate content to align with specific client needs and RFP requirements. + Ensure that proposals are well-organized, formatted professionally, and free of errors or inconsistencies. _Research & Analysis_ + Conduct research on client context, industry vertical, market trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information for proposal development. + Analyze RFP documents thoroughly to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. + Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical details, case studies, and other supporting materials for inclusion in proposals. _Time Management & Coordination_ + Manage the proposal development process from initiation to submission, coordinating inputs from various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to deadlines. + Create and maintain proposal schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities for each team member. + Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously. _Quality Assurance_ + Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements. + Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that proposals are error-free, well-written, and visually appealing. + Solicit feedback from internal stakeholders and incorporate revisions as needed to improve proposal quality. _Knowledge Management_ + Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and best practices for future reference and reuse. + Continuously update and refine proposal content based on feedback, lessons learned, and changes in market dynamics. + Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to enhance proposal content and messaging. **Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree in business, project management or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. + Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably in the IT services or technology industry. + Experience in managing and tracking multiple time-phased activities. + Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and technically accurate content. + Familiarity with proposal management software and tools. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), graphic design and/or desktop publishing an advantage. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Ability to work as part of a global team which may require engaging across distances, cultures, + and time zones in a matrix organizational structure. + Familiarity with RFP processes and procurement procedures in the public and private sectors is a plus. + APMP Practitioner Certification or possession of skill set and experience to acquire certification required. + 6+ years of progressive sales focused business experience in the information technology sector. **Additional Locations** : * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA * Argentina * Argentina - Capital Federal * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA
