\nPurpose
\nPeople, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking contractors to provide support to the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program. The goal of the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program is to create and implement the TRADOC KM strategy and improve organizational performance by establishing an environment and culture that efficiently shares knowledge, leverages data/content, and continuously innovates and improves work and business processes. The KM Program effectively harnesses the critical relationship between people, process, technology in the context of the organizational structure in creating, applying, organizing, and transferring know-how, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and timely decision-making.

\nRequired Education/Certifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree (preferred)\n\nMinimum Required Experience:\n\n\n\tPossess significant experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance measurement systems (for example, SharePoint, Strategic Management System, Vantage, Power BI).\n\tPossess proficiency with online platforms (SharePoint 2016, A365 (SharePoint Online) and enterprise mobility.\n\tProficiency in web development including languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and building and maintaining websites (WordPress).\n\tProficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Planner)\n\tProficiency in on-premises and cloud business software services (MS Office).\n\tProficiency in multi-platform collaboration tools (MS Teams)\n\tProficiency in low and no code business process automation and application development (Power Apps, Power Automate).\n\tSignificant experience in data analytics, reporting and visualizations (PowerBI, Vantage) and decision-making platforms (Vantage)\n\tExperience in data modeling and design (defining tables, configuring table and column properties, defining relationships, resolving many-to-many relationships, defining appropriate levels of granularity) (for example, Vantage).\n\tSignificant experience in data engineering/architecture including building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data, implementing data structures, and designing and maintaining data storage (Vantage).\n\tExperience with designing and building data architectures consisting of models and developing standards and rules for how collected is stored, arranged, integrated, and put to use in data systems.\n\tExperience with accessing and leveraging structured relational data as well as semi-structured and unstructured data including big data.\n\tExperience in object development and design.\n\tExperience collaborating with a team to design immersive UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern Site Pages, applications, and forms.\n\tExperience applying business technologies, benchmarking, Baldridge Criteria, balanced scorecard, business intelligence dashboards, performance metrics, key performance indicators, measurement/analysis, and related concepts, principles, and practices to a program of similar size and scope.\n\tExperience providing oversight and guidance on application of content management systems, workflows, data mining, cloud computing, predictive analytics, statistics, data warehousing, information/Cyber security, visualization, metadata tagging, and applying related content and data management theories, concepts, and applications.\n\nAbout the company:
