Content Manager
Develop and implement proactive and reactive communications strategies, messages & tactics designed to protect and enhance the company’s brand, value proposition and reputation with key stakeholders.Oversees the implementation of the external communications strategy in support of the ZEISS agenda and business ambition, including but not limited to the compelling leadership narrative, global content and campaigns across external and internal channels.Accountable for branding and communication content ideation, planning, and development. To create original China specific content, prioritize content creation requests in accordance with business needs.Support on global content localization with prioritization model.Collaborate with team member to craft strategic campaign messages for different audience.Reviews final “content package” for campaigns to ensure brand compliance, consistency, and efficacy of assets created across functions.

Working with other global stakeholders to develop strategies to grow touchpoints and improve content creation efficiency to achieve team goals

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, business or a related field.

Experience / 经验

Minimum 8+ years related experience; including deep functional experience in Corp. communications, social media or branding.  FMCG in house or agency experience.Experience managing communications programs, including message development, project management.Strong EN&CN copywriting skills to provide clear and compelling contentAbility to work independently, within teams, and collaboratively at all levels within the organization on strategic objectives and initiatives.Experience in “art” or “copywriter”, content marketing, and social media marketing is preferred.Native language skills for the location, plus fluent in English
