Description
Content Production responsibilities include:
+ Crafting, editing, and supervising high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, videos, and updates on social media.
+ Ensuring all content aligns with the company's voice, style, and tone for brand uniformity.
+ Actively collaborating with internal departments like HR, Marketing, and IT to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
+ Managing content projects from inception to completion.
+ Engaging internal communications to establish a new people's value proposition.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications required:
+ Experience in internal communications or marketing roles.
+ Solid understanding of communication methodologies.
+ Experience or interest in delivering a people's value proposition.
+ Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage a high workload and conflicting priorities.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the credibility to advise all levels of the firm.
+ Ability to foster positive and collaborative work relationships.
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
+ Creative and innovative mindset, open to challenging and questioning norms.
