The primary focus will be on Mexico, with additional focus on Chile, Peru, and Puerto Rico. **In this role, you will:** **Content Creation:** + Lead end-to-end brand content campaigns, from creative brief development to production and distribution, in collaboration with multiple creative agencies and content creators across different markets, aligning with both consumer and business needs. + Optimize campaign messaging by incorporating industry trends (audience segmentation, contextualized and non-obvious advertising) and leveraging technologies (dynamic content). + Partner with internal teams (trade, media, procurement, and local marketing teams) to customize and distribute content that supports the consumer journey. **Measurement & Evaluation:** + Execute a learning agenda for all campaign tactics, including defining goals, KPIs, and tracking methods. + Analyze results, proactively reporting successes, best practices, and recommendations for improvement. **Budget Management:** + Oversee the management of the campaign media and production budget in collaboration with internal teams (planning, tracking, and execution) to ensure timely and high-quality execution. **Content Integration & Brand Consistency:** + Drive consistent brand equity across the brand ecosystem (owned and paid channels), including the website, social media, and e-commerce platforms. **Stakeholder Relationship Management:** + Cultivate authentic and effective relationships with key stakeholders, including managing day-to-day agency teams, co-leading with internal media and production teams, and aligning with in-market brand teams. **Revenue Responsibility:** + Annual content production budget of $1.5M. \#LI-Hybrid **What we look for:** + 4-5 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Communication with a strong background in content development across digital platforms. + Proven expertise in digital/social media, with experience managing content for platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. + Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story using data. + Demonstrated leadership in project management and cross-functional collaboration. + Fluent in English (both written and spoken). + Self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. **Education** : University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. **Workplace type:** Hybrid **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
