This position will focus on delivering catalog and content data to all trading partners, with a focus on the retail channel. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Auto Care Associations delivery standards, ACES/PIES, as well as understanding the unique ways in which the retailers consume our data.The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of all aspects of catalog and content management in a manufacturing environment. Additional duties include basic knowledge of digital asset management and delivery standards, OE research using industry standard tools and data sources, data mapping, and report creation and delivery to meet the needs of the business.
The role will require the candidate to work cross functionally with Product Management and Engineering, Customer Service, Quality Control, Product Research, and others.Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology required, Master’s in business is a plus.Minimum of 5 years working with ACES and PIES XML.Minimum of 5 years working in the Automotive Aftermarket. Manufacturing experience is preferred.Minimum 5 years directly working NAPA, O’Reilly, and AutoZone.Knowledge of NAPA Parts Pro Format is a plus.Strong communication skills are required, both via digital communication and in person meetings.The ability to gather requirements from the business and create reports for upper management is required.Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel is required. Familiarity with Python is a plus.This position will require travel to our corporate office in Goldsboro NC , Customer visits, and Industry Conferences.The candidate will be expected to engage in industry workshops, conferences, and staying abreast of new technology and standards as it relates to the job duties outlined above.This role involves heavy customer interaction at all levels. The candidate is expected to display a professional appearance and demeanor and maintain the highest level of integrity while interacting with customers.
