ResponsibilitiesHelp develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote our brand and productsSupport the local marketing team in creating and adapting asset and content strategies that align with business goalsAdapt globally created content to locally relevant and compelling assets for various channels, including social posts, newsletters, digital ads, brochures, and the company websiteCollaborate with the company’s marketing and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materialsOptimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagementCoordinate and help manage events, trade shows, and promotional activitiesMonitor and report on asset, media and event performance metrics, making recommendations for improvementQualificationsMaster’s Degree in any Marketing fieldMax 2 years of experience in asset adaptation, creation, events or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native in ItalianUnderstanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and SEO principlesCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideasStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Office), marketing tools and softwareContent editing software skills is considered as a plusCompany Culture
