Content Marketing Analyst - ONSITE

Primary Function

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving the Company’s website relevance and performance through meticulous keyword research, optimization, and data analysis.

Principal Duties:Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, selection, and optimization to enhance website relevance and performance.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy: Implement and maintain SEO best practices and on-page content optimizations, perform detailed page analysis and crawls, and generate reports to guide strategic improvements.Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy: Develop and execute SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic through paid search campaignsWeb Testing Strategy: Utilize A/B testing methodologies for ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive performance.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Management.Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing channel performance.Mortgage industry experience highly preferred.Financial Services company experience a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong expertise in keyword research, selection, and optimization.Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page content optimization.Ability to run detailed page analysis and generate comprehensive reports.Experience with A/B testing methodologies for ads, landing pages, and bid strategies.Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Management is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is expected to be in the $75k - $85k range, depending upon experience.
