Description/Purpose: 

Seeking a student who loves creating content and is pursuing a major in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Their role will focus on creating social media content for our brand, including text captions, videos, and images for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube. They will collaborate with our team throughout the entire content creation process—from brainstorming concepts to filming, editing, and adding the final touches. They will explore new social media trends and techniques in video and photography. They should bring a balance of creativity and technical skills, with a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut are a plus. Please submit 2-3 samples of your work, showcasing your ability to create engaging social media content.

Working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.0Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independentlyExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAuthorized to work in the US

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
