Color Health is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help effectively communicate Color’s story by creating thoughtfully crafted content that supports our brand, demand, and communications efforts by pulling out subject matter expertise throughout our organization, and helping manage the process and flow of different pieces of content as they get created, approved, published.
As a core part of the marketing team, you’ll lead and participate in collaborative efforts with several cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and execute content for web (blogs, newsletters), social, 3rd party syndication (op-eds, webinars, guides), and other channels to effectively communicate our value proposition, build brand awareness, and generate quality leads, all while maintaining a consistent and authentic voice across platforms. Through regular performance analysis and trend tracking, you’ll continuously refine our content strategy to maximize impact and maintain a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled at finding unique story angles for our brand and demand efforts, and can translate technical/clinical capabilities into customer benefits. You’ll excel in this role if you’re a natural collaborator, able to balance multiple projects at once, and contribute new ideas.
How You'll Contribute:Get tuned into the Color brand story and stay on top of industry developments, news, and trends; strategically bring these two sides together to pitch and create timely, relevant, and ownable content.Proactively connect with stakeholders in marketing, communications, and medical affairs to drive content projects to completion, managing all stages from ideation to creation, revision, approvals, publication, and promotion.Contribute to ideation on new content for thought-leadership and demand programs, including blogs, case studies, reports, and guides, keeping messaging fresh and relevant.Amplify content across social media to broaden the reach and impact of the content you’re producing, ensuring alignment with broader demand and brand goals.Collaborate with the communications team on executive blog posts, bylines, and op-eds to further amplify Color’s thought leadership and reinforce a cohesive brand voice.Support and execute webinar content by collaborating with subject matter experts to develop compelling, relevant webinar material that resonates with target audiences.Act as a strategic content partner on cross-functional programs, working directly with activation and promotion teams to define objectives, set key performance indicators, align on handoff expectations, and meet deadlines.Initiate, own, and manage thought leadership programs end-to-end, with deep collaboration and enthusiastic partnership across the company to bring forward Color’s unique point of view.Strategically use SEO tools and data insights to guide content decisions, identify content gaps, and ensure alignment with search trends that can improve content visibility and drive demand. Develop and maintain a reporting cadence to measure the performance of content across platforms, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future content initiatives.Maintain the integrity of our brand narrative through consistent voice, style, and tone in all writing and editing.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:8-10 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and content strategy with a portfolio showcasing a mix of social, digital, and long-form content.Experience managing content for healthcare, digital health benefits, health tech, health-adjacent organizations or benefits decision makers is preferredA track record of working independently and proactively, with a self-starter approach and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Proven experience in working across marketing and communications functions to support executive content needs, including op-eds, bylines, and thought-leadership blog posts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in managing content calendars, timelines, and deadlines.A collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
