Sinch is looking for Content Marketing Manager that will lead the charge in crafting and evolving a comprehensive content strategy for our SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. From compelling customer stories to industry-leading articles, you'll create high-impact content that resonates with our audience and supports demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Sinch's business goals, ensuring every piece of content supports audience engagement, lead generation, and long-term growth. Collaborate across teams—including marketing, sales, partnerships, product, and customer success—to align on key themes, insights, and deliverables. Identify and lead the creation of high-visibility content, including customer stories, articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, and email campaigns, ensuring relevance to market trends and audience needs. Source and synthesize audience insights, market research, and industry trends to inform content direction. Become an expert in Sinch's SaaS product, customers, and industry to craft content that addresses customer challenges and builds brand advocacy. ·Optimize content for SEO, keeping owned media fresh, relevant, and impactful. Review and edit content from third-party agencies and other internal teams, ensuring high editorial standards and creative excellence. Repurpose and refresh global content for local markets, tailoring it to fit regional audiences and distribution channels. Work closely with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Track, report, and analyze content performance metrics to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies. Maintain organized workflows for all assigned projects, using shared tracking systems and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
