Media Tech Guys is looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual capable of designing, managing, and optimizing content strategies to maximize audience engagement and interaction. You will be responsible for creating content that strengthens the brand identity and solidifies the company’s position in the digital market.

Responsibilities:

Design a comprehensive content strategy for all digital and offline channels, aligning it with the company’s overall goals.Create, optimize, and publish engaging content that aligns with the target audience’s needs.Collaborate with teams such as sales and production to align strategies with business objectives.Analyze content performance data and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.Oversee content production processes to ensure brand standards and quality are met.Manage the content calendar and coordinate content scheduling and publishing.Stay updated on new trends in content marketing and introduce innovative methods and techniques.Evaluate and select analytical tools and content management software to optimize processes.Collaborate in the brainstorming process and execution of designs.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, content management, or a similar field.Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and the ability to implement them.Experience in creating various types of content, including articles, blog posts, videos, social media posts, and advertising content.Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).Ability to create and manage content calendars and strategic plans.Excellent writing and editing skills in both Persian and English.Familiarity with SEO principles.Ability to analyze and assess market trends and needs.Leadership skills and experience in managing creative teams.Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields.
