Content Marketing Manager Indonesia
Spotify is looking for a passionate and expert Content Marketing Manager for a permanent role for Indonesia. This person is to drive the strategy, production and distribution of content through Spotify paid and owned channels, including social media, and help build local marketing programs.

In this role you’ll develop creative concepts and provide coordination, support, and leadership to help external partners generate outstanding online and social media content. You will also work closely with internal cross functional teams to develop content to support and amplify their messaging to the artists, creators, and fans.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative hybrid with a strong social media background and experience in driving content initiatives forward from ideation to creation and distribution. Most importantly, you like to have fun at work and have a desire to make a positive impact for music fans and audio listeners in Indonesia.Who You AreA minimum of 6-8 years experience in content marketing (including social media) across strategy and creativeHas experience working for brands, especially in the music or entertainment industryConfident in planning and crafting strategies for social media and content marketing campaigns with the extension across other media platformsHas experience in developing social, creative ideas and campaigns and tapping into cultural moments in IndonesiaPlanning and distributing strategies for social media has been an integral part of your previous work historyBroader marketing experience across all marketing & media channels, including influencers, is a plusHas a good analytical skills and and understanding of adtech tools and metricsGood collaborations skills and can work very well with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders including agency partnersYou are a self-learner, become comfortable with constantly evolving environments and challenging goalsYou are well-organised and dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver and pay outstanding attention to detail in a fast paced environmentYou are adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set goalsYou are creative and always on the pulse of culture, especially social media trends and innovationsFamiliarity with Spotify as a user and fan is a requirementThis role will be based in JakartaFluent in English (written and spoken)What You'll DoHelp make Spotify the go-to destination for music fans and audio listeners in Indonesia.Lead content marketing initiatives in Indonesia, including social media, artists and podcast releases, snackable content productions, and editorial partnerships content promotions.Your strong expertise, understanding, and instincts for culture and trends will help develop, create, and produce best-in-class marketing content across the region.Manage a social media presence that people look forward to hearing from and engaging with.Drive regional always-on content marketing programs.Work closely with cross-functional Spotify teams locally and across the globe.Work closely with and manage external partners (creative, media, and social agencies)Where You'll BeThis role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
