What you'll do Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for storytelling and a curiosity about engaging audiences? We invite you to become a key player in our dynamic team, driving our content and PR strategies to new heights in the Japanese market. This is a people manager role reporting to Director, Japan Marketing. Responsibility Lead the creation, localization, and distribution of compelling content across all channels tailored specifically for the Japanese audience including press releases, PR campaigns, customer success stories, whitepapers, blogs, and social media Work closely with our global content team based in California to adapt and localize global assets for Japan Partner with local sales and marketing teams to provide the insights and materials necessary to achieve sales pipeline targets Oversee relationships with external PR agencies and regularly communicate with our headquarters’ marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging Use data analytics to personalize and enhance content effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor social media, PR, and website metrics to continuously improve conversion paths Serve as the editor-in-chief for all Japanese content, maintaining high standards of quality, clarity, and brand consistency. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence within the team Create and drive customer stories and work with the local marketing team to bring customers voices to the front of our marketing Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 5+ years of experience working in marketing within the business to business technology industry BA/BS in marketing, business or related field Experience creating content for digital channels Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and the top social channels Expertise in Salesforce.com, Eloqua, JIRA, and Qlik or equivalent Preferred B2B SaaS experience Experience working for an US-based technology company Strong written communication and presentation skills Skills for technology Excellent people to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and partners and customers Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple partners in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales Excellent communication and writing skills in Japanese, communication skills in English Expertise in, or ability of Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud A great teammate, enthusiastic and proactive Editorial attitude that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
