Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to elevate LexisNexis' online presence and brand positioning. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a permanent full-time role, based in Chatswood, Sydney with flexible work arrangements available. As a key digital expert, you will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product and Content Managers, and external partners to drive content strategy, execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize paid/organic social media, and enhance audience engagement. You will also work closely with global teams to shape digital best practices and contribute to Australia’s leadership in digital marketing innovation. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and lead generation. + Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and paid digital campaigns. + Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, paid search, and display advertising. + Drive organic social media growth and audience engagement. + Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences. + Provide digital marketing expertise and training within the organization. Requirements: + Possess a background in Marketing or a similar educational background + Be able to curate content and repurpose for blogs and social posting + Proven experience in performance marketing and managing digital platforms + Be knowledgeable in CRO, SEO, and/or SEM and data analytics + Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills + Be capable of collaborating with multiple departments to provide digital support Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
