JOB SUMMARY:
The social media content moderator plays a crucial role in ensuring that published content meets the company's established standards and policies. This role involves moderating a variety of content categories, adapting to constant changes in policies and criteria, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Moderators must have a deep understanding of Brazilian culture as a significant portion of the content originates from this region and must be able to adapt quickly to different situations and challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
Moderate and analyze content within various moderation categories. Ensure accuracy and compliance with platform policies. Quickly adapt to changes in moderation policies and criteria. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in content review. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to provide feedback and efficiently resolve issues.Key Competencies:

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma and/or Highest Level of Education Certification/Diploma
• Advanced Portuguese and Intermediate English Level Required
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment
