Job Description

Reviewing and moderating text, video, and image content in Arabic and EnglishIdentifying and handling highly sensitive information with discretionResolving content-related issues while ensuring compliance with client guidelinesUsing internal and client-based tools to manage cases and track dataCollaborating within a team-based environment to achieve performance goalsAdhering to company policies and procedures while upholding ethical content standards

Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic (B2) and English (B2)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentComfort handling sensitive or graphic content following company policiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
