Content & Omnichannel Brand Manager - Temporary
Mission

As a Global Content and Omnichannel Brand Manager your primary responsibility will be to develop, produce and manage the content strategy for the brands under your responsibility, including personas, channels, and cycles. This role involves defining the communication strategy with healthcare professionals across all Market Companies at Almirall to support the customer experience and achieve business objectives. You will ensure production and delivery on cycles base of all contents to market companies produced aligned with the company's brand image, values and noble purpose, regulatory requirements, and target audiences.

Tasks and Responsibilities Developing and executing the content strategy for the brands you support across multiple personas and channels, in alignment with the agreed strategy and journey. This includes face-to-face interactions, virtual calls, digital platforms, social media, email marketing, website, and other relevant channels across all Market Companies. Create and distribute engaging and relevant content tailored to the different stages of the customer journey in the brands you support. Develop a holistic understanding of the stakeholders: gather and analyze data on preferences, and pain points to deliver relevant content and customer experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define audience segments and develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels, such as face-to-face interactions, websites, social media, email marketing, mobile apps, and online communities. This includes identifying content gaps and opportunities, as well as measuring the effectiveness of the content. Developing a content calendar that aligns with the company's product and portfolio cycles, events, and other marketing initiatives. Creating and authoring content including websites, blogs, articles, videos, and other multimedia assets. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in order to stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in content creation, and omnichannel marketing and recommend new approaches to engage audiences. Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, analyzing results, and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and engagement with the content and optimize the strategy accordingly. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Education University degree with a focus on science, digital marketing, or communication Specific Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of Veeva, Eloqua, other equivalent CRM systems for pharma Proficiency in SEO/SEM marketing; working knowledge of inbound marketing. Broad understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance standards, and marketing guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and handle ambiguity. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is a must. To succeed in this role, you would need to have a strong understanding of Pharma and not -pharma digital marketing channels, content management systems, and omnichannel marketing strategies. Additionally, excellent writing and communication skills and experience working in the pharma or healthcare industry would be preferred.

 

Experience At least  1-3 years of experience in content creation, omnichannel marketing, or related roles in the Pharma industry. Deep understanding of the digital landscape, content marketing trends, and social media platforms. Values and competencies
