The teams in this organization work with senior stakeholders from many parts of the Disney Entertainment business to ensure content readiness for all content on Disney+/hotstar, and Hulu on Disney+. This role requires a high degree of communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to creatively solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and constantly evolve workflows.
Job Summary
The Content Operations Associate is responsible for artwork and metadata package management including ordering, delivery, readiness and remediation for Disney+ and Hotstar. This role will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Disney+, Hotstar, and the broader Walt Disney Company, managing ordering, delivery planning, readiness checks, and delivery of Artwork & Metadata Packages. This role will report directly into the Manager, Distribution Ops – Artwork and Metadata Operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Artwork and Metadata teams on title readiness to ensure title is packaged with all required OV and Localized componentsManage Artwork and Metadata ordering, packaging and delivery process according to timelines set per title for seamless sunrise Create and maintain documentation, including title progress trackers, templates, SLA Documentation and reports on overall AMP delivery statusWork with Content Platforms teams on system enhancements and to remediate system issues as neededEffectively communicate project and title level updates cross-functionally and with our internal and external partners, raise risks/concerns and provide potential solutions as neededProvide support to in-territory Distribution Operations teams and vendors to facilitate access, technical support needs, training and onboardingCoordinate marketing and brand initiative ordering and planning for Artwork and Metadata deliveries such as marketing stunts, seasonal and title specific events Coordinates timing for artwork refreshes and Coming Soon page deliveries which are on more accelerated timelinesAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment where change is the normRequirements:
3+ years content operations experience in digital/entertainmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Familiarity with metadata and artwork components and delivery via supply chainAbility to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as neededBasic Qualifications

Personal affinity for the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney CompanyExperience with international expansion and digital platform launchesStreaming service experienceThe hiring range for this position in California is $77,900 to $95,100 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
