Content Operations Manager (temporary cover for 12 month)

Job Description

As the Content Production Manager, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by securing creation and distribution of paid & store content. You lead, manage and organize the Content Operations team in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies and procedures. You work closely with the full Sales Market team ensuring that both short- and long-term operations runs smoothly and deliver biggest value to customer. 

Key Responsibilities

To sign off content assignments and follow up with content team to ensure deliverables deliver on global guidelines, goals, brief, budget and on time – executional excellence.To drive strategic decision based on regional and market knowledge, with deep understanding of landscape related to Brand and Consumer.To collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and regional stakeholders, are also critical to achieving content and sales objectives in the target market.To lead complex campaign productions (adaptations) from a Region to a Sales Market level and supporting team in brand excellence.To plan resources & drive cross-team collaboration to get ultimate effect towards the plans. Prioritize actions for team based on the strategy & plans keeping a balanced workload in the team.Drive initiatives to improve processes and way of working for the team’s area of responsibilities.To support sales markets effectively, it's essential to have a deep understanding of the specific region and its unique market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences.To motivate, inspire, and guide team members to produce high-quality content that aligns with the organization's goals and sales strategies.Set, follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to team responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and selling when possible.Support the team by planning, forecasting and signing off on budgets within the team.Close collaboration with the Strategy & Planning team as well as the Omni Sales Team – CA&M, Digital, Retail and Merchandising.To be part of the daily operations check in team where fast actions and decisions are made and prioritized.

What you need to succeed:

At least 5 years of working experience in marketing or media roles in agency or in house.Previous experience from managing teams including leading other leaders in a retail environmentProven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results.Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s and budgets to demonstrate return of investment Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Knowledge of all disciplines within marketing and communications.Customer-centric approach and ability deliver to omni channel solutions.Organizational skills with high attention to detail.Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant production management software and common communications tools. Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals You have operative and creative content production experience from fashion retail background.Excelling communication skills in English and understanding other Nordic languages will be an advantage
