In this role, you'll manage production from start to finish-collaborating with agencies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring final assets align with brand standards. Act as the primary liaison and support for creative partners and agencies during global content captures. Manage all aspects of content production, from pre-production to final asset delivery. Support Senior Producers on shoots with agencies and internal creative teams. Line-produce social-first content captures, ensuring creative alignment with project goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify locations and manage communications for shoots. Apply production expertise to guide agencies and creators, ensuring adherence to brand, production, and legal guidelines. Maintain documentation such as talent and property releases, expenses, and content capture guidelines. Provide regular production updates to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate the delivery of final assets and ensure proper organization within digital asset management systems. Oversee inventory management of production gear and shipments. Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of content production management, including video and photo production. Expertise: strong understanding of post-production, file delivery, and asset management systems. Skills: Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines. Mindset: Collaborative and solutions-oriented, able to adapt to changing needs and specifications. Skills:Production Experience: Candidates must have extensive experience managing production shoots for large brands and social-first campaigns. This includes coordinating with agencies, production companies, creating budgets, and developing comprehensive content production plans and timelines.Strong Communication Skills: Candidates should excel in warm, patient, and diplomatic communication, especially when working with property managers who may feel overwhelmed during corporate shoots. Industry experience in hospitality or food is a significant plus.Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in workflow or project management tools is essential. Preferred tools include Airtable, though familiarity with Workamajig, Trello, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, or Jira is also valuable.Administrative Support: Candidates must be comfortable handling tasks such as coordinating shipments, organizing hard drives, and overseeing the transfer of photo and video files.Flexibility: This role involves frequent changes and pivots.
