As a junior marketeer at EY Belgium, you will split your time between content marketing and social media marketing. You will contribute to innovative projects and have ample room for growth and ownership as you demonstrate your capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
Content marketing:
Copywriting and copy editing Create compelling promotional copy that suits various platforms and formats Apply SEO best practices and keyword optimizationLanguage proficiency Native proficiency in Dutch or French Full professional proficiency in English
Reporting Summarize findings in comprehensive reports using available tools and technology
Social media
Writing and design skills Exceptional ability to write engaging social media posts for corporate channels (mainly LinkedIn) Skilled in creating various image formats including short video’s that align with the brand’s visual identityEmployee advocacy and leadership support Support and train employees in sharing branded content via tools and tutorials Support senior leadership by creating compelling posts on their behalf
Paid social media Manage both basic and elaborate paid social media campaigns Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
Analytics: Understand how to track social media metrics and use analytical tools to measure performance Interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations
Your Profile
You have:
a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field 5 years of experience in content marketing and social media roles demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging content Technical savvy: familiarity with content marketing and social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) or the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly. Creativity: bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach to content and campaigns Interpersonal skills: building good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, contributing positively to the team dynamic
