About the role 

The Content Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to streamline the end-to-end content lifecycle—from creation and management to distribution. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, integrating Martech systems, and ensuring seamless content delivery across multiple channels. By leveraging technologies such as GenAI, cloud solutions, and advanced analytics, this role will act as a critical bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, identifying opportunities for automation and innovation within the content supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content management best practices, strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering transformative solutions.

 

Main responsibilities:  

Tech Strategy & Integration:

Define and execute the overall technology strategy for the content supply chain, ensuring smooth flow of product information and digital assets across channels.

Design, develop, and optimize the integration architecture powering Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Marketing, and Product Information Management (PIM) workflows.

Lead Martech stack integrations, enabling seamless data flow, efficient content distribution, and unified workflows across systems.

Automation & Innovation:

Identify opportunities for automation using Generative AI (GenAI) and other emerging technologies to optimize content creation, personalization, and distribution.

Partner with business teams to analyze content workflows and recommend process improvements using AI and cloud-based solutions.

Content Workflow Optimization:

Optimize end-to-end content workflows for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Ensure DAM, PIM, and related systems enable faster time-to-market, content reusability, and improved collaboration.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and technical solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to define feature roadmaps, gather user feedback, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Champion best practices for content management, including compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards

Key Qualifications and Experiences:  

Bachelor's degree in IT or a business discipline with 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar preferred.  

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related business discipline.8+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and content management domains.

Proven experience designing and optimizing content workflows with a focus on DAM, PIM, and Martech systems.

Deep understanding of APIs (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) to facilitate integrations between platforms.

Hands-on experience with innovative solutions for content creation, metadata management, and automation.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar) and modern content delivery solutions.

Strong ability to identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative, business-driven solutions.

Expertise in industry standards related to data security, compliance, and privacy.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to collaborate across diverse global teams.

Proven ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, serving as a change agent and driving adoption of new technologies and processes.

Experience with tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Bynder, Aprimo, or similar DAM/PIM platforms.

Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRMs, CMS, analytics tools, personalization engines).
